0% – Cancellation before 3 days of arrival
100% – Cancellation within 3 days of arrival
Long Term Stays
(Stay period > 7 days)
25% – Cancellation before 7 days of modified checkout for the remaining period
50% – Cancellation within 7 days of modified checkout for the remaining period
100% – Cancellation within 2 days of modified checkout for the remaining period
(Stay period < 7 days)
Confirmation/Cancellation for Group reservations
Payment Policy – 50% at the time of reservation and 50% before 3 days of arrival
Full clearance of bill at the check-out keeping in mind regular bills of the customer
Cancellation policy to be followed in accordance with above defined terms
No refund for Bus/flight/train ticket
Cab booking: Payment Policy – 100% of the total amount at the time of reservation
Cancellations made 7 days before the start date of the trip will attract 50% of booking value as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made within 3 days before the start date of the trip will attract 100% of booking value cancellation fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Refunds would be made through bank transfer and would be processed within 5-7 working days
